📞 Offline Phones: If the reason for a degradation is offline phones, this is usually due to housekeeping plugging in the phone incorrectly. On the back of each phone, there are 2 network plugs. Only one of these network plugs provides internet to the phone. If the phone is offline, please swap to the other network plug and then unplug and replug the power cable to bring the phone back online.
